Constable Jimmy Rivera, Pct. 3

BISHOP (News Release) - On Sunday, December 11, 2022, at approximately 2:36pm Nueces County Constables Pct. 3, NCESD3, Nueces County Sheriff's Office, EMS and TX DPS responded to a single vehicle accident on FM 70 and County Road 55.

The vehicle was traveling westbound on FM 70 when the driver lost control, crashing into the guardrail and coming to a stop in an open field.

EMS personnel checked on the male driver, adult female passenger and child passenger. All occupants decline medical treatment.

DPS is investigating the accident.
