Constable Jimmy Rivera, Precinct 3

ROBSTOWN, TEXAS (News Release) - On Friday, January 18, 2025, at approximately 10:36 pm, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3 Deputies along with Corpus Christi Fire Department (CCFD) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover accident on Farm to Market (FM) Road 763 near County Road (CR) 26.

The vehicle was traveling south on FM 763 when it struck a wild hog and veered off the roadway, striking the drainage ditch of CR 26 and rolled over on a field.

The driver was evaluated by CCFD EMS for minor injuries. The Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers are investigating the accident.
