Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) On July 2, 2024, at approximately 2 pm, Nueces County Constables, Emergency Service District 3, Nueces County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Public Safety (DPS) responded to a single vehicle accident on FM 1355 just south of FM 70.

The vehicle had made contact with the south bound lane guard rail. Minor injuries were reported. DPS is investigating the cause.
