Constable Jimmy Rivera, Pct. 3

On Monday September 30, 2024, at 3:50 pm, Nueces County Constable Pct 3, ESD-3 Rescue, Bishop Police Department, and Agua Dulce City Marshals, responded to a one vehicle major accident on Farm to Market Road 70 and County Road 12.

Upon arrival, a white SUV was involved in a single vehicle rollover accident. Good Samaritans had stopped to assist the driver. The 24-year-old driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries by Emergency Medical Services. Texas Department of Public Safety arrived to investigate the accident.
