CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (News Release) - On December 1, 2024, at about 2:28 am officers were dispatched to the area of 400 Eldon Dr. in reference to a shooting. Multiple calls were coming in for shots fired in that area.

Officers arrived and were directed to a nearby apartment where they located a 30-year-old male with a gunshot wound. Medics shortly arrived and transported the male to a local hospital.

Witnesses told officers the victim was arguing with his girlfriend outside an apartment building when an unknown male observed them arguing. The unknown male then shot the victim.

The unknown offender left the location in a vehicle prior to police arrival.

The victims’ injuries were non-life threatening at the time.
