Constable Jimmy Rivera, Pct. 3

ROBSTOWN (News Release) - On January 10, 2023, at approximately 4:23 am, Nueces County Constable Pct 3 Deputies along with ESD 3 firefighters and Allegiance EMS (ESD 6) were dispatched to a single vehicle roll-over accident located on FM 665 and CR 75.

Due to the slick roads from the foggy conditions, a white pickup traveling east bound lost control in the curve near CR 75. No injuries to reported as the only person in the vehicle declined medical treatment.

Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers are investigating the accident.
