Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS - (News Release) On September 16,2024, Nueces County constable precinct 3 deputies assisted Nueces County Sheriff's Office with a residential fire near FM 666 and Warbonnet.

Upon arrival, fire fighters notified deputies that the occupant inside the residence was making threats and refused to come out.

Deputies entered the smoke-filled home, detained, and evacuated the occupant.

The individual was checked by EMS and was later arrested for being in possession of narcotics. The fire department was able to enter the home and extinguish the source of the smoke/fire.
