Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) On 8/23/24 at approximately 10:30pm, Nueces County Constable's Office Pct 3 and Bishop PD units were investigating a partial power outage in Bishop and located a motor vehicle accident at CR 4 and CR 85. DPS was contacted to work the accident and speak with the driver who had been drinking. AEP responded to the scene and removed a piece of guywire from across the power lines. NCESD 3 personnel responded for traffic control and NCESD 6 personnel transported the driver to the hospital for evaluation.
