Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

DRISCOLL, TEXAS - (News Release) On August 4, 2024 at approximately 12:13 am Nueces County Constable Pct 3 Deputies along with Bishop (ESD 3) fire personnel and Annaville EMS responded to a single vehicle accident located at Hwy 77 access road and FM 665.

Upon arrival deputies found a single pickup truck that collided with an abandoned trailer that was within the marked shoulder of the roadway.

Nueces County Constable Pct 3 investigated the cause of the accident. Ems transported the driver of the pickup truck to a local hospital to be evaluated.
