Male Subject Barricades Himself Inside of Home

KINGSVILLE - Yesterday, agents with the Kleberg County Attorney’s Task Force assisted the Kingsville Police Department (KPD) to execute an arrest warrant in the City of Kingsville. A shelter in place notice was issued by KPD around 9 am on April 8 for the 700 block of 24th Street and lifted shortly after 12 pm.
The subject, 38 year old Eric Perez had several felony warrants for his arrest. According to Kleberg County Sheriff’s office, Perez was booked for the following:
ROBBERY
ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER
EVADING ARREST DETENTION
RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT
CITY WARRANT
Bond was set to $3,287.
