SAN PATRICIO COUNTY, TEXAS - (News Release) On July 4th, a major crash on I37 north bound at Texas 188 had traffic shut down. Preliminary information from on scene deputies is that an 18-wheeler crashed on the 188 overpass and came down on I37.

Three other vehicles crashed onto it when firefighters and Emergency Medical Services were on the scene.

Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
