Constable Jimmy Rivera, Precinct 3

ROBSTOWN (News Release) - Around 5:52 pm this evening, Nueces County Constable's deputies from precincts 3 and precincts 5, were dispatched to FM 2826 and CR 81 regarding a major accident.

The occupants in the vehicles were removed just prior to catching fire.

Robstown Fire Department and EMS arrived on scene to extinguish the fire and transported the occupants to a nearby medical facility.

Texas DPS is investigating the crash.
