KINGSVILLE - On Saturday, September 29, 2022, The Butterfly Blitz was held this past Saturday at Dick Kleberg Park in Kingsville. Kingsville has been designated as a Monarch City USA member.

The family friendly event kicked off with a 5K run, Butterfly Buds Gardens Tours, experts who taught how to tag and release Monarch butterflies, games and activities for children, and a lecture series on how to photograph butterflies.
