Driscoll Police Department

DRISCOLL (News Release) - Last night at approximately 12:45 pm, Driscoll Police Department as well as Nueces County Precinct 3 Constables responded to a disturbance at a residence on E Garrett. Upon arrival, Mark Trujillo Sr was seen fleeing the back of the residence into a wooded area. One Driscoll Police Officer and one Nueces County Pct 3 Deputy pursued him into the wooded area on foot while an additional Nueces County Pct 3 Deputy pursued in their vehicle into an empty field where he was able to close in on Trujillo and place him into custody safely.

Trujillo was wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon from a previous complaint this past August.
