BREAKING - Brush Fire on US Highway 77 at County Road 14

BISHOP - Bishop Police Department, Nueces County Pct-3 Constable units and ESD-3 Fire Department is on scene working a brush fire at U.S. Highway 77 and County Road 14, in Nueces County.
The brush fire started in the center median and spread quickly to the North kind side of U.S. Highway 77. Fire crews are working diligently to get the fire contained.
U.S. Highway 77 is shut down to one lane in each direction to allow emergency crews space to work.
Please avoid the area if at all possible.
