Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) On Tuesday December 17th, 2024, the Nueces County Constables Office-Precinct 3 and ESD3 took part in the Bishop American Legion Riders caravan. The caravan started at the Legion and ended at the Bishop schools.

Legion members then gave toys to special needs students. A Precinct 3 Deputy then arrested the Grinch, who was disguised as Santa Claus. The Grinch was later released after he promised not to take away any presents.
