Bishop Police Department

BISHOP (News Release) - On Tuesday June 14th at approximately 7:30PM, Bishop P.D. and other law enforcement officers assigned to the Nueces County District Attorney's Office Criminal Interdiction Unit (NCDA-CIU), executed an Arrest Warrant near the intersection of Hackberry and Texas in Bishop, Texas.

The suspect, Nathaniel Ramos DOB 11/20/1992, was taken into custody on scene without incident for an outstanding arrest warrant, resulting from an ongoing multi-law enforcement agency narcotic related criminal investigation.

Ramos was transported to the Nueces County Jail where he was booked on charges of Manufacture / Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG-1, a 2nd degree felony. Additional criminal charges may be filed at a later date.

Additional arrests are anticipated, as a result of this ongoing criminal investigation.

The NCDA-CIU participating Law Enforcement Agencies involved in this investigation include: Bishop Police Department, Robstown Police Department, Nueces County District Attorney's Office, Nueces County Constables Precinct 3 and Precinct 5.
