KINGSVILLE - Kingsville ISD School Board Trustees voted 7-0 for the hiring of Ruben Garcia as the athletic director on Tuesday, January 10.

The former Falfurrias head football coach posted on social media of his gratitude towards Falfurrias Independent School strict.

Garcia served as the athletic director for three year at Falfurrias ISD.
