Kingsville Police Department has found missing male.

KINGSVILLE (News Release) - Kingsville Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Oscar Villa 74-year-old Hispanic male 5'8 weighing 145 lbs with grey hair and brown eyes. Last seen yesterday, March 13, 2023, in the area of Buddy's Plaza 1700 Brahma in Kingsville.

He was wearing a blue jacket and dark pants with a yellow mask.
