CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release)– Municipal Court Judge Gail Loeb and Municipal Court Director Gilbert Hernandez announce the kickoff of the 2022 Warrant Roundup.

An amnesty period will begin Monday, February 14. During the amnesty period, customers can call 361-826-2500 or email MCMail@cctexas.com to resolve active warrants. The amnesty period will end on Friday, February 25.

Starting Saturday, February 26, the Corpus Christi Municipal Court Marshals will begin actively seeking citizens with outstanding warrants. Citizens will be arrested at home, work, or anywhere they are found. This will continue until Saturday, March 5.

The Corpus Christi Municipal Court is available to help citizens resolve their cases without the fear of being arrested. Cases with active warrants are assessed additional fees and costs.  If citizens cannot pay their fines and fees, they are encouraged to call the Court at 361-826-2500 or email the court at MCPaymentPlan@cctexas.com to select an alternative method in resolving their warrants or if they would like to request a payment plan.

Due to COVID-19, the Municipal Court encourages everyone to resolve their warrants by phone, email, or online through the City’s website
